SHIPPING

a) When will my order be shipped ?

- Orders placed before 16:00 on workdays will be sent out on the same day.

b) Can I choose different shipping methods?

- We ship from The Netherlands and we use to work in collaboration with PostNL for all the shipments. All these orders are shipped with track & trace and you will receive an email with your tracking number. About shipping cost, we ship only in Europe, to:

1. Netherland: 4,10€

2. France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, Monaco, Austria, Belgium: 4,65€

3. Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Greece, Poland, Portugal: 6,00€

- Only if you live in the Netherlands can you also choose to receive your package with "stamps." We will only accept this method for orders under 30 euros to which an additional charge of only 1.95€ will be applied. This option does not allow us to provide package tracking information so should your package be lost we will not be directly responsible for the costs incurred but will do everything possible to try to resolve any inconvenience.  

c) How soon will I receive my package?

Expected Delivery times:

1. The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: ± 2 business days. 

2. France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Monaco, Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Greece, Poland, Portugal: ± 4 business days
