SHIPPING
a) When will my order be shipped ?
Orders placed before 13:00 on workdays will be sent out within 48 hours.
b) Can I choose different shipping methods?
We ship from the Netherlands and work in collaboration with PostNL for all shipments. Every order includes track & trace, and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.
We currently ship only within Europe, with the following shipping costs:

France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, Monaco, Austria: €5.95 // Order from €98 to €118,99 = €9,99 // Free over €119

c) How soon will I receive my package?
Expected Delivery times:
1. The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: ± 4 business days.
2. France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Monaco, Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Poland, Portugal: ± 6 business days.
3. Ireland: + 7 business days.
d) Why haven’t I received my package?
You will always have access to your tracking code, which allows us to determine whether the issue is with the courier or an incorrect address.

If the problem is caused by the courier, we will open an investigation with them and ensure your purchase is protected.

If the issue is due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will contact you once the package is returned to us. In this case, we will refund the items, but shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURN & REFUNDS
We hope you love the quality of KKNEKKI. If that is not the case, or if you are not satisfied with the color you chose, you may return your order for a refund.

You have 14 days to return your item. Within this period, please send an email to hello@kknekki.nl stating the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, you may proceed with sending back the package.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received — in the original KKNEKKI envelope — and must not have been used.

A completed return form must be included inside the package.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense and are not reimbursed. Once your return is approved and received, we will refund the purchase price of the item to the same card used for payment.
If your return concerns a defective item, this must be reported by email within 3 days of receipt. The product must not have been worn. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your account.
Please note that items purchased from our Sale category cannot be exchanged or returned.
HOW TO RETURN

- Always include your name and order number. It is important to keep proof of your return in case something goes wrong during shipment.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
A return will only be accepted if:

The KKNEKKI is in undamaged condition.

The KKNEKKI has not been worn or used.

The KKNEKKI is returned in its original packaging.
KKNEKKI reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet these conditions.
